The airline policy loophole section realy caught my attention. The fact that Opus found creative workarounds (cancellation + rebooking, cabin upgrades) while technically following the rules feels like exactly the kind of practical problem solving we'd want from an AI assistant. Its intresting that Grok and GPT wanted to side with the airline while Claude helped the customer. Makes me wonder if this kind of empathy-driven munchkining is actually a feature not a bug, especially when rules are artifically restrictive?
