Well, I'm one of your 170K for this week, my number came up. (My nose is running uncontrollably causing some coughing and I feel otherwise fine.). I didn't bother trying to obtain Paxlovid or anything assuming that'd be next to impossible, and short of that didn't seem like there's much to do, but not sure if you have other advice.
